Gibson Organics is located in Ashville, New York overlooking beautiful Chautauqua Lake. The family
farm consists of nearly six hundred acres of crop land, beef cattle, hogs, chickens and an operating dairy. A vegetable
operation is also in the works for the future. The farm has been certified Organic for three years. All crops and animals
are raised using Organic principles.
Gibson Organics is proud to offer certified Organic beef and veal as well as all natural pork for
sale. The livestock are fed diets to promote optimum health for the animal and to provide the consumer with an
enjoyable eating experience. All meat is USDA inspected and processed using artisan techniques. Most cuts
are boneless and vacuum packed to ensure quality.
Beef is sold in family packs starting at twenty pounds of meat. A example of a basic family pack
would include lean ground beef, New York strip steaks, boneless rib-eye steaks, top sirloin steaks, boneless chuck
roasts, rolled rump roast or sirloin tip-roast. Ground beef packs and individual cuts are also available.
Products may be picked up locally or shipped UPS.
